Gasthof Au, which was built in 1712 as a farmstead, has changed over the course of the years, from farmstead to snack station and finally to guesthouse.

This sophisticated Tyrol guesthouse, which has been run by the Leitner family for 30 years, is just a 5 minute walk from Ellmau town centre.

In 1992 the Leitner family’s guesthouse was extended, to provide a guesthouse with 8 double rooms and 2 apartments. Since being renovated in 2010 the guesthouse now has more than 8 comfortable double rooms and 4 single rooms.
